Sint-Pieters-Leeuw project follow-up 2024

Belgium
12/11/2024

The project is FSC certified, and its overall health is excellent, with a 90% tree survival rate and no reported biotic or climatic damages. No regeneration work has been required to achieve the anticipated results, and no significant silvicultural activities have occurred since planting. Natural regeneration is being actively encouraged and managed, further supporting biodiversity. The bordering river is a useful additional biodiversity element as there is minimal deadwood present on-site.

The plantation is thriving and requires no immediate follow-up interventions!
