In April 2025, 850 native trees were successfully planted across 2.3 hectares in Marnixbos (Overijse). Among the species planted were hawthorn, hornbeam, European spindle, field maple, cherry, and viburnum — all valuable contributors to local biodiversity and ecosystem resilience.

Ongoing maintenance is planned to support healthy growth and ensure the long-term success of the plantation.
