Exciting progress to share! In mid-March, the team visited the oyster cultivation facility to check on the current status of the baby oysters, and the news was better than expected. The vast majority of oyster larvae have already successfully settled on the substrates and are beginning to show their first signs of life. Tiny but mighty at just a few millimeters in size! And the best part? The oysters are growing fast: with 6 to 8 weeks of growth ahead, they will be ready well in time for the installation in May.
