In Madagascar, biodiversity is a unique treasure… but increasingly threatened. To ensure that conservation does not remain a distant concept but becomes a local and concrete commitment, our local partner Bôndy organized a sensitization workshop this month in Akamasoa with 16 high school students from areas near our intervention sites.

The goal? To involve young generations, both witnesses and actors in preserving their environment, and to plant the seeds of lasting awareness. 📢 The program included an educational game about Madagascar’s endemic species, discussions on the threats facing forests and a sharing session on practical actions everyone can take.

Because first, we must name, understand, then love what we want to protect. And education remains the best lever to root conservation locally.
